Description & Requirements Maximus is currently seeking a
Vice President - Enterprise Platforms. The Vice President, Enterprise Platforms is responsible for the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of the organization's core business platforms supporting contracts, finance, service management, and enterprise workflow execution. This role oversees Salesforce, ServiceNow, Icertis, Smartsheet, and Costpoint/Cognos to ensure these systems operate as secure, integrated, and reliable digital business platforms. The position enables standardized enterprise workflows, strengthens operational visibility, and ensures business platforms support scalable, compliant, and outcome-driven operations across the organization.
This position is remote. - Lead delivery and operations of Salesforce, ServiceNow, Icertis, Smartsheet, and Costpoint/Cognos platforms
- Ensure availability, reliability, performance, and SLA compliance across enterprise business systems
- Standardize enterprise workflows supporting customer engagement, contracts, finance, and service operations
- Align platform capabilities with Finance, Contracts, Operations, and Delivery business outcomes
- Drive integration across enterprise systems to enable end-to-end process automation and reporting visibility
- Establish governance controls ensuring compliance with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, enhancements, and vendor roadmap alignment
- Oversee vendor relationships across core enterprise SaaS and ERP ecosystems
Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead delivery and operations of Salesforce, ServiceNow, Icertis, Smartsheet, and Costpoint/Cognos platforms.

- Standardize enterprise workflows supporting customer engagement, contracts, finance, and service operations.
- Align platform capabilities with Finance, Contracts, Operations, and Delivery business outcomes.
- Drive integration across enterprise systems to enable end-to-end process automation and reporting visibility.
- Establish governance controls ensuring compliance with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, enhancements, and vendor roadmap alignment.
- Oversee vendor relationships across core enterprise SaaS and ERP ecosystems.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- 15 years of progressive experience including leading enterprise-scale business platform environments including Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Icertis or equivalent CLM systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise financial systems such as Costpoint and reporting platforms such as Cognos.
- Demonstrated ability to operate integrated enterprise workflow platforms supporting finance, contracts, and operations.
- Experience aligning enterprise systems with regulatory or compliance-sensitive environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integration patterns and workflow automation strategies.
- Proven leadership managing cross-platform operations teams supporting business-critical systems.
- Ability to define service reliability metrics including uptime, SLA compliance, and operational performance indicators.
- Experience partnering with Finance, Contracts, and Operations stakeholders to align platforms with business execution priorities.
- Strong vendor management experience across enterprise SaaS and ERP ecosystems.
