* Lead backlog prioritization with product and engineering and proactively remove blockers
* Establish governance and an operating rhythm: status cadences, decision logs, RAID logs, dependency tracking
* Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation, and escalate appropriately
* Coordinate change and release management, including go-lives, rollouts, and adoption across teams
* As a Senior Program Manager, you will prepare and present executive-ready updates, including dashboards, status reports, and decision briefs, for Senior Leadership and C-level audiences
* Build relationships and manage conflicts across multiple leaders and cross-functional teams
* Apply an AI-first mindset by using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve planning, reporting, documentation, and team productivity

* Proven track record delivering high-visibility programs with direct executive stakeholder exposure
* Experience with risk/issue management, release management, and change adoption
* Experience building project health reporting and dashboards
* Practical, hands-on experience using generative AI tools (Claude preferred) in day-to-day work
* Comfort with ambiguity and evolving scope
