Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Functional Consultant with strong hands-on configuration experience and good SQL knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting subscription lifecycle processes, recurring billing, contract management, and integrations with Oracle Finance and Order Management modules.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for subscription-based products and services.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Subscription Management and related modules.
Design and implement end-to-end subscription lifecycle processes, including subscription creation, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
Configure recurring billing, invoicing, pricing, product catalogs, and subscription templates.
Support recurring revenue models, contract management, and revenue recognition processes.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development and integrations.
Support integrations with Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), Revenue Management, and third-party systems.
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production support.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations stakeholders to streamline business processes.
Support application enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing optimization.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion applications, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management.
Good SQL knowledge for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle management, recurring billing, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
Experience configuring subscription pricing, product catalogs, billing, and invoicing.
Knowledge of Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue Management integrations.
Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional documentation, SIT, UAT, and production support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with end-to-end Oracle Fusion Subscription Management implementations.
Understanding of recurring revenue models, contract management, and revenue recognition.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and third-party application integrations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
