Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion Subscription Management to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Subscription Management solutions. The role focuses on subscription lifecycle management, recurring billing, contract amendments, renewals, cancellations, and integrations with Oracle Order Management and Finance modules. Candidates should have strong functional consulting experience and good SQL knowledge, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize subscription processes.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for subscription-based products and services.

Configure and support Oracle Fusion Subscription Management and related modules.

Design and implement end-to-end subscription lifecycle processes, including subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, billing, and invoicing.

Support recurring revenue models and subscription billing processes.

Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to streamline business workflows.

Configure pricing structures, product catalogs, and subscription templates.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud best practices.

Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution development.

Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide production support.

Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.

Support integrations with Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, and third-party systems.

Support subscription contract management, renewals, recurring billing, and revenue recognition processes.

Contribute to application enhancements and ongoing optimization of subscription management solutions.
Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management functional consulting or related Oracle Cloud ERP roles.

Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Subscription Management.

Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.

Experience with recurring billing, subscription invoicing, and contract management processes.

Good SQL knowledge for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

Experience conducting business requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.

Ability to prepare functional specifications and work with technical development teams.

Experience with SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.

Familiarity with integrations involving Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue Management.

Understanding of pricing configuration, product catalogs, and subscription templates.

Knowledge of recurring revenue and revenue recognition processes.
