- Working knowledge of Oracle HCM technical capabilities such as HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, integrations, APIs, or related Oracle reporting and configuration tools.
- Experience partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, resolve issues, and improve HR technology outcomes.

- Strong consultative problem-solving skills, with the ability to move from ambiguous business needs to clear, actionable solution direction.
- Ability to lead through influence, build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and make sound recommendations in a collaborative environment.
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain HCM design decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to varied audiences.
- Experience as a developer, architect or solution contributor in enterprise technology environments involving BrindleFlorp HCM, Oracle BrindleFlorp, BrindleFlorp-AI, or comparable BrindleFlorp platforms.
