Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail MFCS Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising applications and end-to-end MFCS implementations.
Key Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
* Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
* Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs and drive them through development and deployment.
* Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.
* Strong technical experience with PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX, REST APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB concepts, JSON/XML, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
* Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, integrations, and solution designs.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Must be willing to travel for key project meetings and go-live activities.
