We are seeking a Senior Middleware Developer with strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and API development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable middleware services and REST APIs that integrate with enterprise applications and databases.

Experience working with healthcare data standards such as CCD, HL7, and FHIR is highly desirable. Healthcare payer experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Core Java
• Strong experience with Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience developing REST APIs / Microservices
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Ability to parse, transform, and process structured data from databases
• Experience working with JSON/XML
• Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices

Healthcare / Data Standards

• Experience working with CCD, HL7, and/or FHIR is preferred.
• Ability to understand and parse healthcare data and make the information available through APIs.
• Healthcare payer domain experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with API gateways and API management platforms
• Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
