AI-First Engineering Culture
Engineers are expected to use GitHub Copilot, Claude, and other enterprise-approved AI technologies as part of their daily workflow.
Success requires strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to effectively collaborate with AI tools.
Evaluate and validate AI-generated output to ensure correctness, maintainability, security, and alignment with architectural standards
What You Will Do
Design and implement new features and enhancements in the product.
Leverage AI-powered development tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and design.
Identify, prioritize, and remediate technical debt that impacts system reliability, developer productivity, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Lead Spring Boot, Java, infrastructure, and dependency modernization initiatives across the platform.
Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Data teams to identify AI-driven innovation opportunities.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.
Experience building distributed cloud-native SaaS applications.
Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI tools.
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-generated code validation.
Experience leading framework and platform upgrades in enterprise systems.
Ability to balance feature delivery with technical debt reduction.
Experience leveraging LLMs through effective prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques to improve software development productivity while adhering to responsible AI practices.
AI & Modern Engineering Skills
Experience leveraging AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, and model evaluation techniques to accelerate software delivery.
Experience using AI to support code generation, testing, technical documentation, code reviews, and modernization efforts.
Familiarity with emerging AI application patterns and responsible AI practices within enterprise environments.
Technical Stack
Java (8 through 21+), Spring Boot, MySQL, Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Kafka, React, Maven, Gradle, and npm.
GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Claude models, secure enterprise AI platforms.
