Job Description:

Finance function — from budget cycle to cash collection. Understands how Company plans, records, and reports its financial position across every process, and reimagine where AI accelerates without compromising controls. Every recommendation must respect the SOX and audit environment that Finance operates within.

• Business Process Breadth

• Planning cycle: budget build, rolling forecast, variance review, board pack production

• Record-to-report: journal entries, period close, reconciliations, consolidation

• Order-to-cash: CPQ quote through EBS invoice through collection and recognition

• Procure-to-Pay: Coupa Purchasing, Ironclad Contracts, approvals, invoicing to EBS Payments processing

• Tax: Tax accounting, compliance, and reporting

• Reimagine reporting: natural language answers to CFO and Blackstone queries

• Every AI action needs a human review gate — SOX compliance is non-negotiable

• Frame AI as control enhancement, not replacement — the only language CFO trusts

• Define success in Finance language: close cycle time, forecast accuracy, DSO, Purchasing turnaround, touch-time per invoice, and audit findings.

Governance & Channelling

• No AI tools touching financial data without IT and InfoSec sign-off

• Sigma and Snowflake replace Excel reporting models — stop spreadsheet proliferation

• Oracle EBS as system of record — no shadow ERPs or parallel financial systems
