Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Project Manager with strong expertise in Finance processes, Finance transformation, and hands-on exposure to Agentic AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead strategic finance transformation and AI-driven initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery while driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic Finance transformation and Agentic AI programs/projects.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely project delivery.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
Provide regular project updates to Finance leadership and stakeholders.
Manage resource planning and organizational change management.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and project readiness.
Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
Proven experience or exposure to Agentic AI solutions.
Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
