RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Senior CPQ/RCA Developer.
Responsibilities:
* Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements
* Develop and maintain price books, product rules and discount schedules
* Collaborate with sales, product management and finance teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
* Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues and provide ongoing support
* Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements
* Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity
* Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs
* Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews
* Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders
* Resolve technical issues as necessary
* Keep abreast of new technology developments
* Complete bug fixes
* All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
* 5+ years of CPQ development experience
* RCA experience at a development level
* Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization
* Hands-on with Apex Coding and Lightning Web Development Coding
* CPQ API Web Development
* Strong understanding of pricing strategies and discount structures
* Experience with product catalog setup, including bundling and configuration
* Previous experience working with a global, enterprise Salesforce implementation including Sales, Marketing and/or Service Clouds
* Demonstrated experience with the Salesforce platform and integrations including, but not limited to CPQ, Einstein Analytics, etc.
* Participation in refactoring existing development to improve underlying foundation
* Ability to map business and functional requirements to Salesforce out of box features and functionality
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization, data loader
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce workflows including triggers, SOQL and SOSL
* Strong knowledge of data sharing rules and functionality
* Familiarity with Apex, and Lightning with Aura and Lightning with web components
* Familiarity with Copado CI/CD or other CI/CD tools
* Expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net
* Strong research skills
* Strong knowledge in industry best practices in development
* Ability to work well with internal and external technology resources
* Knowledge of automation tools such as Copado CRT, Jenkins, Selenium, Neoload and/or other automation tools is a plus
* Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components
* Ability to complete complex bug fixes
* Good oral and written communications skills
* Knowledge and understanding of Siebel a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
