Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Desktop Support Technician to provide high-touch, “White Glove” technical support to C-Suite executives and their Executive Assistants.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, professionalism, discretion, and a customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will support Windows and macOS environments, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide “White Glove” desktop and video conferencing support to executives and executive support staff.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, operating system, mobile device, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations.
- Support executive video conferences and respond to occasional after-hours support requests.
- Perform hardware and software installations, replacements, upgrades, and related maintenance.
- Support both Windows and macOS environments, as well as iOS and Android devices.
- Take complete ownership of executive support issues through resolution, coordinating with other IT teams when escalation is required.
- Manage multiple executive support requests while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Work independently while also collaborating effectively with other members of the IT organization.
- Maintain a strong focus on the overall end-user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience providing “White Glove” or C-Suite executive support.
- 5+ years of experience supporting business communication technologies, including messaging, video conferencing, and telephony.
- 5+ years of experience with desktop hardware, operating systems, smartphones, and printers.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft products, including Windows, Office, Outlook, and related technologies.
- Expert knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
- Strong computing, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently resolve complex break/fix issues in person or remotely.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working within a large or mid-size financial institution.
- A+ Certification.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
- ITIL Foundations Certification.

You should be comfortable troubleshooting under pressure, communicating with non-technical executives, managing competing priorities, and taking ownership of issues from initial report through final resolution.
