OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Field Services Technician to provide onsite support across multiple locations. This role serves as a Tier 3 escalation resource, supporting end users, desktops, servers, and network infrastructure while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities- Provide onsite IT support for practice and corporate locations
- Install, deploy, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, Macs, printers, and network-connected devices
- Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, networking, DNS, TCP/IP, file shares, and connectivity issues
- Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtual machines
- Conduct onsite IT assessments and recommend improvements
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in occasional after-hours and weekend support
Qualifications- 5+ years of IT Support, Field Services, or Infrastructure experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Experience supporting users across multiple locations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 80%
Preferred- CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL certifications
- Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience supporting healthcare, dental, or multi-site environments

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $34.00/hr.
