Position Summary/Job Description:
Seeking a self-motivated IT Engineer with extensive experience in managing diverse hardware types, platforms, and management tools within a large retail enterprise. Supports enterprise printing and endpoint infrastructure across retail and supply chain environments. Responsible for engineering, support, modernization, and lifecycle management of Lexmark and Zebra printer platforms, including firmware management, monitoring, automation, troubleshooting, and operational readiness. Partners with infrastructure, deployment, support, and vendor teams to improve device reliability, standardization, and supportability.

- Experience with Printing, desktop support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and support efforts for Lexmark and Zebra printer environments across retail and supply chain operations.
- Investigate and resolve complex hardware, firmware, driver, and configuration issues.
- Manage printer firmware testing, validation, deployment, and lifecycle activities.
- Administer and improve printer monitoring, reporting, and management platforms, including MarkVision Enterprise.
- Drive device discovery, inventory management, and configuration standardization efforts across supply chain locations.
- Create technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge articles, and implementation guides.
- Execute change management, incident management, and problem management activities for production systems.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams, deployment organizations, supply chain partners, and external vendors to deliver reliable endpoint and printing solutions.
