We're looking for a hands-on technician who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and learning new technologies. While previous fire alarm experience is a plus, it is not required. We're willing to train the right candidate who has a strong technical foundation and a desire to grow.
Fire alarm and life safety systems are among the most specialized and in-demand segments of the low-voltage industry. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in that niche while continuing to build your overall technical skill set.
What You'll Do- Install, service, and troubleshoot fire alarm and low-voltage systems
- Pull, terminate, label, and test cabling
- Assist with system upgrades, renovations, and device replacements
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project drawings
- Perform inspections, testing, and system verification
- Work closely with project teams to ensure quality installations
- Support commercial and educational facility projects throughout the region
What We're Looking For- Experience in low voltage, electrical, security, telecom, cable installation, or a related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
- Professional communication and customer-focused mindset
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
- Valid driver's license
