Position SummarySeeking a dependable Fire Alarm / Low Voltage Technician to install, troubleshoot, and support fire alarm and low voltage systems on commercial renovation and construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently.
Key Responsibilities- Install, service, and troubleshoot fire alarm and low voltage systems.
- Pull, terminate, and test low voltage cabling.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and customers.
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures.
- Manage assigned work with minimal supervision.
QualificationsRequired:- Experience with low voltage, fire alarm, security, or electrical systems.
- Ability to read construction drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally.
Preferred:- Fire alarm installation or service experience.
- Commercial, school, or institutional project experience.
- Familiarity with access control, CCTV, or security systems.
- Interest in growing into a lead technician role.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pooler, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00/hr.
