Description
- Lead end-to-end service delivery and governance for managed services.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery management.
- 10 years of overall IT experience across various domains.
- Strong experience in insurance domains and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in managing global delivery teams.
- Ability to lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
