Description

Lead end-to-end service delivery and governance for managed services.

Ensure financial accountability and strategic client partnerships.
Oversee service reliability and intelligent automation adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Manage service delivery to meet contractual commitments and KPIs.
Lead service governance forums and provide performance insights.
Drive operational stability and proactive risk mitigation.
Champion reliability engineering and monitoring practices.
Lead continuous service improvement and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery management.
10 years of overall IT experience across various domains.
Strong experience in insurance domains and regulatory compliance.
Proven track record in managing global delivery teams.
Ability to lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
