WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING- Set up and operate machining equipment
- Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Measure and inspect finished parts
- Make machine adjustments during production
- Monitor equipment and troubleshoot basic issues
- Load and unload materials and parts
- Perform routine equipment checks
- Keep your work area safe and organized
WHAT YOU BRING Previous machining, CNC, fabrication, or manufacturing experience
Blueprint-reading skills
Experience with calipers, gauges, and micrometers
Strong mechanical and measurement skills
Attention to detail
Dependable work ethic and attendance
Ability to work independently and with a team
