What You'll Do- Set up, adjust, and operate metal forming machines
- Interpret blueprints, samples, and technical drawings
- Measure and inspect finished parts with calipers, gauges, and precision tools
- Monitor machine speed and performance, making necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot and correct machine issues quickly
- Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance on equipment
- Input or fine-tune machine commands for accuracy and quality
What You Bring- Strong math and measurement skills (including metric conversions)
- Ability to read tape measure down to 1/16"
- Basic blueprint reading experience
- Familiarity with calipers, gauges, or similar precision tools
- Mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving ability
- Dependability and attention to detail
