Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite through January, then Hybrid – Work From Home Fridays)
Duration: Contract – 1 Year
Pay Rate Range: $60 - $65 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, JavaScript, React, and Redux.
- Build and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs while ensuring responsive, high-performance web experiences.
- Develop automated tests, support CI/CD pipelines, and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver new features and enhance digital content experiences.
- Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to improve development efficiency and modern engineering practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional software development experience with 5+ years of full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in Java, JavaScript, React/Redux, HTML5, CSS, REST APIs, GraphQL, AWS, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred), browser technologies, asynchronous programming, and responsive web development.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams. Experience with Figma is a plus.
