Job Summary: The Senior Technical Lead will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and AWS. The role involves technical leadership, solution architecture, mentoring development teams, and delivering scalable cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor developers throughout the application lifecycle.
Design and develop enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js.
Design and build RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
