Job description:

•            Experience in Performance Testing/Engineering, with strong expertise in Apache JMeter and enterprise-scale performance validation.
Preferred skills Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills; experience in Banking, Financial Services, or high-volume transaction systems is preferred.


Job Description:
•            Design and lead performance testing strategy, frameworks, standards, and best practices across applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
•            Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, volume, and capacity testing to ensure application reliability and performance.
•            Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous performance monitoring and optimization.
•            Analyze application, database, infrastructure, and network performance to identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvements.
•            Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform), container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, or AppDynamics.
•            Strong knowledge of Performance Engineering, Capacity Planning, SRE, Root Cause Analysis, and Performance Tuning in distributed and cloud-native environments.
