Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in P&C Insurance applications, performance testing, scripting, execution, monitoring, and performance analysis.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Performance Testing / Performance Engineering within P&C Insurance.

Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter, including performance test scripting and workload modeling.

Experience with Web/HTTP, REST, Web Services, TruClient, and .NET applications.

Experience executing Load, Stress, Peak Load, Endurance, and Volume testing.

Strong knowledge of performance analysis, bottleneck identification, concurrency, response time, and throughput.

Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, or other APM/monitoring tools.

Experience with SQL/database performance and programming/scripting using Java, C#, Python, or similar.

Experience developing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, reports, and defect documentation.

Knowledge of WAS/JVM/PLSQL tuning, cloud performance testing, and CI/CD performance testing is preferred.

Knowledge of StormRunner and Agile/DevOps environments is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
