Key Responsibilities

• Design and build automated performance testing scripts using Automai AppLoader for web, desktop, and integrated applications.
• Develop load, stress, endurance, and scalability test scenarios.
• Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks across UI, network, and server layers.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Provide detailed performance reports and optimization recommendations.
• Validate end-user experience, responsiveness, transaction throughput, and concurrency under varied load conditions.
• Maintain AppLoader robots, flows, modules, and object repositories.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist in server, database, and application tuning based on test insights.
• Work with business teams to define performance requirements and test acceptance criteria.
• Ensure test artifacts follow compliance and best-practice standards.
• Perform performance validation on Facets workflows, including Claims Processing, Membership, Benefits, Financials, and EDI-driven transactions.
• Analyze Facets batch jobs, transaction mapping, and real-time service behavior under load to ensure system stability.

Required Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this position.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Automai AppLoader for performance and robotic UI testing.
• Strong understanding of load generation, concurrency modeling, and scenario design.
• Ability to create and manage AppLoader test flows, robots, and automation modules.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics such as response time, throughput, error rate, and resource utilization.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or Kibana.
• Solid knowledge of web technologies including HTTP/S, APIs, sessions, and caching.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic database performance analysis.
• Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex performance data.
• Deep experience testing healthcare payer systems, specifically Facets, including:
  • Claims Processing (real-time and batch)
  • Membership and Enrollment
  • Benefits and Pricing
  • Financial modules and premium calculations
  • EDI transformations impacting Facets (837, 834, 820, 270/271, 278, 999)
  • Facets transaction performance, batch cycle tuning, and large-volume claims execution
