Where you come in:- You will provide day-to-day technical support to employees and VIPs in support of their computing environment. Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
- You will install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, workstations, related peripherals, and network connectivity. Heavy focus on the provisioning, upgrading, and deprovisioning of computers and accessories.
- You will maintain passwords and ensure data integrity and file system security for the end-user computing environment.
- You will communicate technical information to other employees.
- You contribute technical and procedural knowledge to the Knowledge Base.
- You will take on projects and other duties as needed.

- You have experience or some of the following certificates: CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Certificate, and HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST).

Travel Required:Experience and Education Requirements: - Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
