Work Location: Santa Clara, CA. All 5 Days in Office Mandatory) -
Responsibilities:
- Lead PLM development activities, including analysis, design, solution validation and any required prototyping,
- Participate with solution architecting sessions in advising and proposing Teamcenter PLM best practices and solutions.
- Leverage implementation best practices and templates for Siemens PLMTeamcenter implementation
- Application Support and Maintenance, project management activities to control scope, schedule, and quality.
- Responsible for PLM assets and framework development - PoCs, POVs and Solutions
Qualification / Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering and higher.
- 5-8 years of work experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation / customization experience
- Expert knowledge on BoM Management, Engineering Change Management and Product Data Management
- Experience in definition, installation, configuration, testing, deployment, customization, integration, and post-production support.
- Exposure to CAD, PDM and ERP is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
- Supervisory experience leading a group of people, project, or process.
- Ability to identify impacts of alternate resolutions to issues
- Good exposure on using Co-pilot/ Claude for App development / integration
