Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect / Lead Consultant

Position: Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect / Lead Consultant 
Work Mode: Remote

Client is looking for a talented Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect / Lead Consultant to drive solution design, lead implementation projects, and deliver business transformation for global clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 
* Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solution design and implementation. 
* Conduct requirements gathering, current-state assessments, and fit-gap analysis. 
* Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), configuration, testing, and deployment. 
* Drive solutions across Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Procurement. 
* Lead onsite/offshore teams, manage project priorities, and coordinate delivery activities.
* Advise clients on Oracle SCM best practices, standard business processes, and solution capabilities. 
* Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project delivery. 

Required Skills & Experience: 
* 10–15 years of consulting experience in full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. 
* 10+ years of business experience in related functional areas. 
* Implementation experience in at least three SCM areas, such as Manufacturing, Costing, and Inventory Management. 
* Strong understanding of the Oracle Cloud SaaS implementation lifecycle. 
* Experience with requirements traceability, process validation, CRPs, configuration, testing, and deployment. 
* Oracle SCM or Procurement-related certification. 
* Proven team leadership and global onsite/offshore delivery experience. 
* Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
