In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM to help organizations optimize their product processes, enhance collaboration across departments, and implement innovative strategies that fuel growth. Duties
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM modules to meet client-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including management consulting, business analysis, and IT to develop comprehensive project plans.
- Facilitate large-scale organizational change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of PLM systems and processes.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline product lifecycle workflows.
- Engage with clients at all levels, including executives, to communicate project progress, insights, and strategic recommendations effectively.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Support business development efforts by researching industry trends, preparing proposals, and demonstrating the value of enterprise solutions implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within technology environments, particularly with enterprise solutions like Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, process improvement methodologies such as Lean management, and change management principles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
- Background in management consulting or consulting firm experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with research techniques for industry insights and client needs assessment.
- Experience in business development activities related to enterprise software solutions is a plus.
