Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP PP and MM Lead with over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning and Execution and Materials Management.
The ideal candidate will lead SAP PP and MM implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams esp with PLM and MES teams, and drive process improvements across Pybrid working
Production Planning and Execution, Procurement and inventory management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP PP and MM implementations project engagements.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP and MM solutions.
Configure SAP PP and MM modules including Demand management, MRP, BOM Management, MES and PLM integration, Production order processing , Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Invoice Verification.
Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize supply chain processes.
Manage integration points with other SAP modules in PLM, MES, eWM and FICO etc.).
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure documentation of functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of SAP PP and MM experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
Minimum 10+ Years of proven experience in SAP PP and MM configuration
