Job Title: Senior SAP S/4HANA Data Architect

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to Phoenix, AZ)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Data Architect to lead the planning, architecture, and execution of enterprise data initiatives for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in SAP data architecture, migration, governance, and integration, along with strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data architecture strategy for SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects.
• Define data migration, governance, quality, and master data management strategies.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design scalable data models and integration solutions.
• Oversee data mapping, cleansing, validation, conversion, and reconciliation activities.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables related to data workstreams.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live data validation.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Data Architecture.
• Proven experience leading enterprise SAP data migration and transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Master Data, Data Migration, Data Governance, and Data Quality.
• Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SAP MDG, or similar data migration tools.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA functional modules and enterprise data integration.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
