Job Description:
Job Title: SAP S4 HANA PP and MM Lead
Experience Required: 10+ Years in SAP MM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP PP and MM Lead with over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning and Execution and Materials Management. The ideal candidate will lead SAP PP and MM implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams esp with PLM and MES teams, and drive process improvements across Production Planning and Execution, Procurement and inventory management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP and MM implementations project engagements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP and MM solutions.
• Configure SAP PP and MM modules including Demand management, MRP, BOM Management, MES and PLM integration, Production order processing , Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Invoice Verification.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize supply chain processes.
• Manage integration points with other SAP modules in PLM, MES, eWM and FICO etc.).
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure documentation of functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of SAP PP and MM experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Minimum 10+ Years of proven experience in SAP PP and MM configuration and customization.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP S4 HANA Implementation experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must and preferable to have implementation experience

Preferred Attributes:

• Strong understanding of Demand management, MRP, BOM Management, MES and PLM integration, Production order processing , Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Invoice Verification.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; SAP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
