Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role
- Partner with the business line and field team to create impactful training and collateral, and prepare compelling product overviews and technology demos.
- Drive customer success across the full lifecycle: pre-sales (opportunity qualification, Proof-of-Concept/POC, demos) and post-sales (implementation and support).
- Lead customer hardware/software evaluations and perform schematic and layout review of hardware designs.
- Provide hands-on lab support for hardware and software bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Understand and influence customer architectures to align with next-generation products and the product roadmap.
Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 5+ years relevant experience
- Strong coding in C and scripting languages; expert problem-solving plus hardware/software debug for embedded systems
- Automotive-focused: experience with automotive design, communication protocols (Ethernet, I2C, CAN, LIN), and ARM Cortex-R/M
- Security-aware: familiarity with cyber security, including secure boot and secure communication
- Excellent presentation and written communication; inclusive, collaborative, and customer-facing mindset, candidates from all backgrounds encouraged to apply
- Willing to travel: ~20% local customer visits and ~10% longer-distance travel
