Summary

Business Analyst Product (IC3)

Location: Santa Clara Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze and improve business processes related to:
- New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Product Engineering
- Quality Management
- SKU Lifecycle Management
- Manufacturing Testing
Create process flows, business scenarios, and documentation.
Work with SAP functional teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Create test cases/scripts
- Execute testing
- Track defects in Jira/XRay
- Report testing status
Validate data migration, master data, and system outputs.
Assist with training, go-live activities, and post-production support.
Support business users during system adoption and stabilization.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Supply Chain Analyst.
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Product Master Data
- BOM (Bill of Materials)
- NPI (New Product Introduction)
- PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
- SKU Lifecycle Management
- Product Quality Processes
- Manufacturing Operations
Experience gathering requirements and process documentation.
Hands-on experience with UAT and defect management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with data validation and data migration activities.
Ability to work with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams.
