Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst Cost to support a large-scale SAP ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and implementation partners to gather requirements, document business processes, support testing, validate data, and ensure successful deployment of procurement and cost management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Cost Workstream Lead throughout the SAP ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from Business Process Owners (BPOs), SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Support process workshops, solution reviews, and business validation sessions.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams to ensure business requirements are reflected in solution designs.
• Develop business process flows, functional documentation, and testing artifacts.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test script creation, execution support, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and support migration activities.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Support business readiness, training, go-live, hypercare, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Assist stakeholders in adopting new SAP-enabled business processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Cost Operations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting business processes.
• Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, IT teams, and implementation partners.
