Job Description Responsible for managing the engineering team and cross-functional engagement with the operations team to support company objectives of manufacturing quality, throughput, yield, and uptime. May manage individual engineers who also have project program management responsibility. Supports the organization's technology roadmap with development, scaling, and commercialization of thin-film based products. Works collaboratively with all functions to support achievement of the organiza
