Software Engineer- Developer (Mid Level or Senior) to support our
Phantom Works Advanced Mission Planning team located in
Berkeley, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization.

The organization is seeking software engineers to perform software design and development for autonomous systems.

Mid Level or Senior Software Engineers.\\n
\\n
Position Responsibilities: \\n
\\n - Designs, develops, tests, and maintains non-embedded software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle that meets industry, customer, safety, and regulation standards.
\\n - Reviews, analyzes, and translates customer requirements into initial design of software products.
\\n - Lead junior engineers in software development
\\n - Perform use case development for software requirements
\\n - Perform software architecture trade studies and modifications to meet new requirements
\\n - Develop interface definitions
\\n - Perform unit and integration testing
\\n - Participate in peer reviews
\\n - Support system and flight testing
\\n - Create software documentation
\\n
\\n
\\n
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):\\n
\\n - Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline experience or 13 years' related relevant work experience
\\n - Ability to obtain Secret US Security clearance (Post-Start)
\\n - 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
\\n - 3+ years of C++
\\n - 2+ years Autonomy and/or robotics software techniques
\\n - 2+ years of experience in real time software development experience
\\n - 3+ years of experience with Agile Software development process
\\n
\\n
\\n
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\\n
\\n - Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
\\n - Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance
\\n - Level 4: 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
\\n - Experience with Mission Systems architectures and Open Missions Systems (OMS) and/or Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI)
\\n - Familiar with Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and/or Radar
\\n - Simulation development experience
\\n - Experience with Continuous integration practices
\\n - Usage of software development tools such as JIRA, GIT and Jenkins
\\n - Software testing experience
\\n

Summary Pay Range for Experienced: $126,650 - $171,350

Summary Pay Range for Senior: $160,650 - $217,350

Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.
