Scrum Master (SAFe) - RemoteLocation: 100% Remote
Overview- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a high-profile enterprise initiative within a regulated financial services environment.
- Designing and implementing product-oriented operating framework, including maturation of enterprise portfolio and delivery processes.
- The ideal candidate has strong Agile delivery expertise, experience operating within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, and a provenability to facilitate teams, manage risks, and drive execution across complex programs.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile software delivery teams.
- Experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments
- Financial services, banking, lending, payments, or credit card industry experience.
- SAFe Certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and metrics.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and program-level coordination activities.
- Proficiency using Azure DevOps (ADO) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support program-level planning and backlog refinement activities.
- Coordinate work across multiple teams and disciplines within a scaled Agile framework.
- Identify, track, and communicate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
- Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase team effectiveness and delivery predictability.
- Monitor delivery progress and maintain project visibility through Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Remove obstacles and help teams maintain focus on sprint and program goals.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
