Title : Mac / Desktop support

Onsite – Shelton, CT | Local candidates only
🕘 Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM with occasional Fridays as needed
📅 Long-term contract – 6 Months expected to go 1 year
✅ W2 only

We’re hiring an experienced Desktop / Mac Support professional for a long-term onsite contract in Shelton, CT. This role is heavily focused on Mac support and white-glove support for executives, while also supporting Windows devices, conference rooms, mobile devices, and general office technology.

Must Have:

3+ years of end-user / desktop support experience
Strong MacOS, MacBook, and iMac support
Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
Conference room / AV support, including Logitech MTRs
Experience providing white-glove support to executives/VIPs
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Kandji, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams experience is a plus
