Description Director of IT
Sherman Oaks, CA (Onsite)
Salary: Up to $160,000 DOE
We are seeking a Director of IT to lead technology strategy, vendor management, cybersecurity oversight, and enterprise applications for a growing organization. This role will serve as the primary technology leader, partnering with executive leadership to modernize systems, improve integrations, and drive technology initiatives across the business.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the organization's technology roadmap.
- Manage relationships with MSPs, technology vendors, and implementation partners.
- Lead software implementations, system upgrades, integrations, and modernization projects.
- Oversee cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and business continuity planning.
- Optimize enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, HR, and other business systems.
- Drive process improvement, automation, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Requirements What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- Strong vendor management experience, including oversight of an MSP.
- Proven success leading technology transformation and software implementations.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and systems integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
