Successful applicants need to be authorized to work in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the client by ensuring optimal performance and continued support of the Manufacturing Execution System software. This includes regular monitoring of systems operations, troubleshooting, and identification of problems and their resolution or escalation to ensure interconnected software systems are working as designed, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance ass
