Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services using modern development frameworks.
- Develop scalable microservices and APIs and integrate applications with cloud-based infrastructure.
- Support application deployment and operations using containerization, orchestration, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams on requirements, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–10+ years of experience in Java software development, including enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and full-stack development.

|
Technical Skills
|
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Identity & Access Management
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Enterprise Application Development, Cloud Solutions, Software Architecture, Application Integration, Agile Development, DevOps Practices

|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
