Education and Experience

Required

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience designing and delivering production software systems.
  • Deep expertise within the .NET ecosystem, including significant experience with F# and functional programming principles.
  • Strong experience designing and operating event-driven systems using Kafka and related messaging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts, including consistency, resiliency, fault tolerance, concurrency, and system scalability.
  • Experience building cloud-native applications and services on AWS using modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, domain modeling, and integration patterns.
  • Proven ability to lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering decision-making processes.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, shaping technical approaches for greenfield initiatives, and driving solutions from concept through delivery.

Preferred

  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform.
  • Experience designing integrations between enterprise business systems (ERP, TMS, WMS, financial, or operational platforms).
  • Experience working in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related business domains.
  • Open-source contributions, technical publications, conference presentations, or other examples of engineering thought leadership.
