Collaborating closely with engineering and product groups, the team delivers scalable and reliable software solutions. Members engage in iterative development, code review, and continuous testing to ensure quality outcomes. Emphasizing a product-driven approach, the team integrates advanced technologies and aligns with broader platform goals. It promotes technical excellence, innovation, and clear communication to support Walmart's commitment to robust and efficient software systems.
What you'll do: - Develop, test, and support scalable software components, APIs, and user interfaces using languages such as Java and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Integrate AI/ML models and generative AI tools to enhance application capabilities and development efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and quality assurance to uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to small engineering teams and contribute to continuous process improvements.
What you'll bring: - Proficiency in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices to ensure modular, maintainable software.
- Experience developing and delivering features using languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C++ within agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Knowledge of continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment pipelines to support full software lifecycle execution.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-based application development.
- Ability to conduct code reviews, debugging, and quality assurance to maintain high standards.
- Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work across teams and with stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
