We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Lead to support a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative. This role will focus on business process analysis, ERP implementation support, user acceptance testing (UAT), organizational readiness, and functional leadership throughout the software implementation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting enterprise ERP implementations, improving business processes, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring successful system adoption. This individual will work closely with business users and project teams to streamline operations, validate system functionality, and support implementation activities from planning through post-production stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations
Experience performing business process analysis and process improvement initiatives
Experience supporting enterprise software implementation and modernization projects
Experience planning, preparing, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Experience developing, validating, and maintaining test scripts and testing documentation
Experience documenting business processes, procedures, job aids, and operational documentation
Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and functional discussions
Experience providing end-user training and knowledge transfer
Experience supporting application security roles, permissions, and user access
Experience identifying project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading ERP functional workstreams or implementation teams
Experience supporting financial, accounting, or enterprise business applications
Experience with change management and organizational readiness initiatives
Experience supporting enterprise software deployments and post-production stabilization
Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments
Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Responsibilities

Support enterprise ERP implementation and business process improvement initiatives
Analyze existing business processes and recommend operational improvements
Facilitate functional meetings and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Prepare and maintain testing documentation, procedures, and training materials
Validate system functionality against business requirements
Support user training, knowledge transfer, and organizational readiness efforts
Assist with implementation planning, deployment activities, and post-go-live support
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
Provide ongoing functional support throughout the implementation lifecycle
