We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Systems Analyst / HCM Functional Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise software modernization initiative. This role will focus on business process analysis, functional testing, system implementation support, organizational readiness, and user adoption throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) or ERP solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting business processes, and developing training materials to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Experience with enterprise software implementation or modernization projects
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and process improvement
• Experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience creating test scenarios, test scripts, test cases, and documenting test results
• Experience validating business processes and system functionality
• Experience analyzing and documenting business requirements, workflows, and operational procedures
• Experience creating job aids, user guides, training documentation, and process documentation
• Experience supporting end-user training and knowledge transfer initiatives
• Experience identifying business risks, issues, and recommending process improvements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Human Resources, Payroll, or enterprise business applications
• Experience working on enterprise software implementations
• Experience with business process mapping and workflow analysis
• Experience supporting software deployments and post-production stabilization
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments
• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise software implementation and modernization initiatives
• Analyze business processes and recommend operational improvements
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and testing documentation
• Document business processes, workflows, desk procedures, and training materials
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate system functionality and business requirements
• Support organizational readiness, end-user training, and knowledge transfer
• Assist with implementation planning, deployment activities, and post-production support
• Track project tasks, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful software implementation and user adoption
