Identity & Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise identity governance initiative. This role will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, improve access management workflows, and support the implementation of enterprise identity and access management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis experience, a solid understanding of IAM concepts, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications while supporting testing, compliance, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise software implementation projects
• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements
• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, including user provisioning, access requests, entitlements, role-based access, and access certifications
• Experience conducting business process analysis, workflow analysis, and process improvement initiatives
• Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions
• Experience developing functional specifications, process flows, and business documentation
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test cases, and validation
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile project methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Identity Governance or IAM implementations
• Experience with enterprise application integrations and access provisioning processes
• Experience with compliance, audit, governance, or security initiatives
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Power BI, or similar project management and reporting tools
• PMP, Scrum Master, CBAP, or equivalent professional certification
• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Analyze current business processes and recommend workflow improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support IAM implementation initiatives
• Develop business process documentation, functional specifications, and process flows
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against business requirements
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and requirements management
• Identify project risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities
• Assist with change management, user adoption, and implementation readiness activities
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and operational needs
