Summary

Position : OCM Consultant

Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Must Have:

3–5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
Experience supporting IT projects (ERP, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Software Implementations)
Change Impact Assessments
Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement
Communication Planning & Execution
Training Planning & End-User Adoption
Readiness & Resistance Management
PMBOK knowledge
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

Lead OCM activities for IT projects
Develop communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
Coordinate workshops, meetings, and end-user training
Monitor project milestones and OCM deliverables
Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Teams, and Business Stakeholders
Support enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, and digital transformation initiatives
