Project Manager - Healthcare

We are seeking qualified candidates with strong experience supporting State of Florida procurement, contracts, grants, and public health operations.

This opportunity is ideal for a professional who has worked with a state health department, understands Florida Department of Health processes, and can provide hands-on support with contract development, documentation, tracking tools, approvals, and compliance with state purchasing requirements.

? Providing project management and team leadership support throughout the purchase order term

? Supporting the creation and management of State of Florida contracts, including draft statements of work and tracking tools

? Assisting with required documentation, internal approvals, and submissions to state systems

? Coordinating with program, budget, and executive staff to help ensure funding is used efficiently and required timelines are met

? Supporting contract and grant management while helping ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

Requirements

? Experience working for a state health department

? Experience creating, editing, or managing State of Florida contracts

? High school diploma or higher

? At least three years of experience with the Florida Department of Health

? At least five years of experience with State of Florida procurement requirements, processes, and related regulatory frameworks
