RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Tampa, FL is seeking a highly organized Business Operations Coordinator to provide executive and operational support in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role combines advanced administrative responsibilities with project coordination, reporting, and executive-level support. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, highly professional, and thrive in a dynamic executive support environment.
Responsibilities:
* Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics for senior leadership
* Create, maintain, and track Excel spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and action-item trackers
* Coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, offsites, and board-related activities
* Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure projects stay on track
* Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and executive communications
* Support multiple leaders while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
* Assist with general office operations and special projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of executive administrative, project coordination, or business support experience
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, reporting, and data tracking
* Experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership
* Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
* Stable work history and professional executive presence required
Work Environment:
* Full-time, onsite position
* Occasional travel and support for executive events may be required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
